Inferno uses frontal cone targeting logic which means it will absolutely not affect enemies in different rooms or through doors unless you have line of sight to them. Immolation is either unbearable or hardly necessary, when you use her as a caster, you just spam 4 and 3, the meter general sits between 50-60% most of the time and Immolation's benefits vs energy drain are laughable, 90% and 100% more damage to Inferno rings (the charge speed boost is not even worth mentioning), these are just not worth the cost + you will constantly fluctuate its defensive power because you need Fire Blast.įire Blast uses Line of Sight mechanics of the lowest quality, it does not use an awareness check at all (what this is is the ability checks to see if the enemy was in line of sight at the time of cast and if the enemy moved behind something in the span of around 1 second it will still affect them) which makes the ability incredibly infuriating to use (I legit spammed 10 Fire Blasts at a dude 5m away from me and it never hit him for some god forsaken reason).
